Marcinkowskiego 8 is a place with a very special atmosphere. This atmosphere is a result of an excellent location, careful and thoughtful refurbishment, and the building’s highly original and premium architecture and character. Therefore our priority during the design stage of this project was to make this atmosphere evident in every single of 15 apartments located on the five floors of the building. In order to achieve it, we took every possible step to preserve and highlight the historical origins. The most significant features of the apartments located in this monumental building are the high ceilings and large windows providing the feeling of large, spacious, opened rooms. Furthermore, the joinery style of the windows replicates exactly the original that one would have been found in the building over 110 years ago.

We realize that modern apartments need to be fully customizable. Therefore our dedicated interior designers and a team of craftsmen and artisans from Panda Studio are waiting to design and build apartments that will suit your needs perfectly.
